Our Flat Water Paddle boarding and Kayaking courses are an exhilarating adventure sport that is fun for all ages and abilities with friends and family based right on Tenby's North Beach and Saundersfoot Harbour. Pembrokeshire Paddle Boarding School is proud to be affiliated with Outer Reef is Pembrokeshire’s leading water sports centre.

Learn the basics of Paddle boarding (SUP), in this session you will cover safety, launching, getting to grips with standing from kneeling, balance, introductory strokes, and take a journey along the Pembrokeshire Coastline. All whilst taking in the view of the SSSI waterways and having fun on a Sup! Our team of ISA instructors have years of experience to help guide you get the most out of your session with us. Perfect for families, individual & stag & hen groups.

Our Sessions

The sessions last up to 2 hours.
Sessions start from 10am or 12:00pm.
Minimum age is 8. Under 18's must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. (They don't have to take part).
Our courses are delivered by ISA certified instructors who are all qualified in first aid.
We provide wetsuits, paddles, and paddle boards!

Flat water SUP - only £35 pp (minimum 2 people) We Run Stand up paddle boarding lessons & Pembrokeshire Sup Tours.

Our Sessions run 10-12:30pm and 2-4pm but these times do vary depending on tide and weather conditions. Please state in the 'NOTES' section when you make your booking your preferred time and we will contact you today to confirm the time slot for your session.

Paddle Boarding Courses | Sup Equipment Hire

All our team are fully qualified ISA surf & Stand up paddle boarding coaches & beach lifeguards will run you through the first stages of learning how to surf in Pembrokeshire.

We will introduce you to the equipment, how to surf it and how to catch a wave. Safety is a big factor and you will be shown good awareness of your surroundings, whilst at the same time, we can guarantee you will have a great time at some of the most beautiful beaches in Pembrokeshire.
